After years of sowing and walking by faith, the Gospel is now being heard over the airwaves of Cork.
Having been awarded the license from the BCI (Broadcasting Commission of Ireland) on 15th September 2005, work continued until a location was secured just before Christmas 2006.
LifeFM's purpose is to bring hope to the people of Cork, to be a helping hand to those who face difficult times, as well as tackle real life issues affecting our youth, such as depression and suicide. LifeFM will encourage young people to see their true value and point them in the right direction so that they can find real purpose in life.
All of the work to date at LifeFM has been done by volunteers. People have given their time, money, and most importantly, prayers to the work. There is still much work to be done so opportunities to help are available. Could God be calling you to this work? Christian radio is a new work in Ireland and LifeFM seeks to develop skills and train those with a heart for God's work.
